We at Four Peaks Brewing Company, like many fine small breweries across the country, are proud to offer only the highest quality, hand-crafted ales. Our brewery distributes fresh kegged and bottled beer to supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, resorts, and liquor stores around the state. Our brewpub offers up to 10 different styles of beer on tap, including a cask conditioned ale drawn with an authentic beer engine. Our kitchen is open for lunch and dinner serving our eclectic award-winning menu items. Also, ask for our daily food and dessert specials.

Our 20 barrel brewhouse has a yearly production capacity of 10,000 barrels of beer (that’s 20,000 kegs). Four Peaks uses reverse-osmosis to strip its water free of contaminants. Naturally occurring salts and chemicals are then added back into the water to emulate the great brewing waters of Europe. For Example, we use a Burton water for our 8th St. Ale and our Hop Knot Ale. This is a very hard water from the middle of England where Bass and Double Diamond brew their famous pale ales.

The brewery building is located on 8th Street in Tempe at the Old Bordens Creamery building. It is a beautiful turn of the century brick warehouse with significant historical value. Pacific Creamery and later Bordens Creamery pasteurized and bottled milk and produced ice for the local citizens of Tempe. The building was originally constructed in 1892, and has had a number of additions over the years through 1927. Since then the building has not changed and its Mission Revival style still sets the mood for the building’s design and the surrounding neighborhood. The building is constructed almost entirely of red brick, with wooden ceilings and a glass parapet reaching as high as 35 feet supported by steel suspension. Truly an inspiration!
