Cocktails paired with beer, beer paired with cocktails, and all of it paired with delicious dishes from our kitchen. We’re extending both Arizona Beer Week and Arizona Cocktail Weekend with a glorious dinner combining the best of both.
Chefs, brewers and mixologists from Four Peaks will walk attendees through four exquisite pairings of unique dishes, housemade cocktails, and your favorite Four Peaks beers (including a few of our cocktALE creations—special barrel-aged beers crafted to mimic classic cocktails).

Coconut green curry-marinated grilled quail over Asian slaw
Cocktail/Beer pairing: Cold Toddy w/ Green Tea Lager
Citrus-marinated shrimp and Bay scallop ceviche shooter with crispy corn tortillas
Cocktail/Beer pairing: Tequila Mule w/ Bourbon-Aged Mule
Peach Ale-braised pork belly and tomato jalapeno jam on housemade Pitchfork brioche mini loaf
Cocktail/Beer pairing: Old Fashioned w/ New Fashioned
Dark chocolate sea salt caramel brownie served warm and topped with a scoop of tobacco ice cream
