    Father’s Day is back Sunday, June 16, and this year we’ve put together a veritable feast of dad-approved delights. See the whole menu below.

    Every dad who visits the pub on Father’s Day will also receive a jar of Four Peaks BeerBQ Rub—the perfect present for any grill-loving dude.

    Hey Momma French Toast – $12
    Xerocole brioche banana batter topped with peanut butter sauce, peanut butter bacon brittle, Four Roses caramelized bananas, and powdered sugar.

    Get in My Belly – $13.50
    Fried egg on a hot-from-the-oven Pitchfork brioche bun with house mustard seed pimento spread, Peach Ale braised pork belly, and fresh arugula, served with breakfast home fries.

    Chorizo Benny – $13
    House-made English muffin topped with poached eggs, chorizo, sliced avocado, green chili hollandaise, crema, fresh cilantro, and crumbled queso fresco, served with breakfast home fries.

    Brewers Breakfast – $11
    Scrambled eggs and breakfast home fries served with choice of applewood smoked bacon or Denmark foods breakfast sausage, choice of house-made English muffin or Xerocole ciabatta.

    Nutella & Strawberry Waffle – $9
    House-made Liege waffle topped with whipped Nutella mascarpone, macerated strawberries, chocolate sauce, and powdered sugar.

    El Compadre Burro – $12
    Local Denmark Foods breakfast sausage folded with scrambled eggs, peppers, onion, cheddar cheese, diced potatoes, and tomatillo salsa, served with a side of black beans.

    The Hangover – $16
    Our grilled Perry Land and Cattle beer-fed beef patty on a Pitchfork brioche bun with fried egg, Peach Ale braised pork belly, bloody mary cream cheese spread. Served with home fries.

    Four Peaks Chilaquiles – $11
    Thick cut white corn tortilla simmered in green tomatillo salsa, topped with sunny-side up egg, avocado crema, cilantro, and crumbled queso fresco, served with a side of black beans.
    (add tinga chicken ($3), pork belly ($3), green chile pork ($3), adovada ($3), or tenderloin ($4))

    Prime Rib – $20
    Slow-Roasted garlic & herb prime rib of beef served with house au jus, horseradish cream sauce, loaded baked potato, and brew house salad with choice dressing. (add ½ pound snow crab legs for $10)

    Backyard BBQ Platter – $21
    ½ rack of smoked pork ribs slathered in Oatmeal Stout BBQ sauce, beer-brined and smoked chicken thigh, and Denmark Foods Andoullie sausage link served with grilled corn on the cob, potato salad, house pickles, and fresh-baked Pitchfork brioche.
