On April 6, we’re all Scottish.
Tartan Day is a celebration of Scottish heritage held every year on April 6. It’s a day that we invite all true Scotsmen—and everyone who just appreciates kilts, golf, whiskey, and bagpipes—to honor Scotland in the most appropriate way possible: by drinking Kilt Lifter, our award-winning Scottish Ale.
Here’s how we’re celebrating Tartan Day this year at the 8th Street pub:
- Every single person who visits the 8th Street pub gets a kilt. For free.* If you wear that kilt—or if you came wearing one of your own—you’ll get $3 pints of Kilt Lifter and Gilt Lifter, and $5 Kilt Lifter pitchers.
- Enjoy music from live bagpipers and drummers 4-6 p.m.
- Special Scottish dishes available all day long.
- Enjoy a Lifter Flight featuring four different Lifters: Classic Kilt Lifter, Coffee Kilt Lifter, Heather-infused Kilt Lifter, and Gilt Lifter.
